The Lincoln 369362 Conveyor Belt 32" is a replacement part that gives a continuous flow of surface that moves food products within the oven chamber at a regulated rate whereby the food products are exposed to heat in a manner throughout the cooking process. The belt is installed in the conveyor assembly of the oven to ensure that the products move evenly out of the loading section to the discharge end. It is widely applicable in commercial kitchens, foodservice operations and production settings where conveyor ovens are included in cooking operations.
