Description

The Lang 40102A26 Universal Board Service Kit is an electronic replacement component that is compatible with commercial convection ovens. This board is installed in the control compartment of the oven and acts as the hub in between the user controls, temperature sensors, heating elements, and fan system of the oven. It operational signals that maintain the temperature of cooking, and airflow needed to perform convection. This service kit is normally applied in the process of maintenance to regain normal communication in the internal control system to enable normal conditions of cooking in the commercial food service setting, where the oven can be used consistently.
