Description

The Lang 40102-22 Control Board is in charge of key operational procedures of compatible commercial Convention Oven appliances. It receives feedback information on sensors and control panels to monitor the heating output, timing adjustments and indicators of the system. This combined control assists in the control of equal cooking conditions and reactive equipment operating. The board is designed to be installed in the control enclosure of the appliance and it is connected to the already existing wiring harnesses to facilitate smooth communication between electrical systems.
