Description

The Imperial 1042 Cheesemelter Infrared Burner Large 4" X 27" is an induction flame with heating elements that are used to melt cheese and toppings evenly across a variety of foods. The heater produces radiant heat which is spread rapidly over the surface without direct contact and controlled finishing is possible. It is easy to integrate and can be installed on commercial kitchen appliance and countertop units to be positioned directly above the food items to ensure that it is evenly covered. It can be placed in the preferred position to add value to menu items effectively.
