Description

The Hobart 347545-00001 Door Catch Assembly is an essential part for commercial ovens such as Vulcan and Wolf. The chrome ball plunger of this assembly is robust to diffuse the corrosive environment and also provides resistance to further wear for durability while molded stainless steel plate and body acts as a barrier against corrosion. Designed for seamless integration into compatible oven models, including Vulcan SG4 (C,D), SG6 (C,D), VC4GS/GD, VC6GS/GD, VC46D-10 and Wolf ovens, it has a hole center measurement of 1.660 inches. The door catch assembly just holds the door securely in place while the oven is operating, which prevents a door being opened accidentally and causing safety hazards or wasting energy for your oven.
