Groen 137221 Convection Steamer Control Board

The Groen 137221 Convection Steamer Control Board is an electronic part that is used to control and coordinate the activities of this product when operating normally. This board receives the signal of user controls and sensors and transmits the signal to heating elements, fans, and timers to control the steam production, temperature, and sequence switching. It is applied in commercial kitchen steamers where the automated control of cooking parameters is necessary to achieve similar results over the service periods. The control board is mounted in the electrical compartment of the steamer and linked to wiring harnesses and interface components.
