The Frymaster 8262269 Fryer Potentiometer is the essential control component. It has 12-inch leads with orange, yellow and purple color codes and 1/8 inch round push-on terminals. This also includes a 1/4” diameter round shaft of 1/2” length which makes the adjustment mechanism strong and accurate. It allows easy control of heat by adjusting the amount of heat produced and is suitable for controlling the frying temperatures.
