Step1: Turn off and unplug the fryer to prevent electrical shock.
Step2: Drain any remaining oil and remove the old pump motor.
Step3: Disconnect the wiring harness and remove mounting screws carefully.
Step4: Install the new motor with gasket in place and secure it with screws.
Step5: Reconnect the wiring harness and ensure all connections are tight.
Step6: Restore power, refill oil, and test pump operation.
