Step1: Turn off the gas supply and unplug the fryer.

Step2: Remove the access panel to reach the old gas valve.

Step3: Disconnect gas lines and electrical connections carefully.

Step4: Install the new gas valve, aligning inlet and outlet properly.

Step5: Reconnect gas lines and wiring, then tighten fittings securely.

Step6: Restore gas and power, and test for proper flow and leak-free operation.
