Description

The Frymaster 807-1006 Ignition Module Kit is an electronic control panel that is used to control the ignition process in gas fryer systems. It regulates the start of the spark and checks the presence of flames to make sure that the burner is lit properly and burns safely at each heating cycle. The module is installed in the safety and control circuit of the fryer, and it is used together with gas valves and sensors to control the delivery of heat.
