The Franklin Chef 149611 Pilot Kit Flame Pattern NAT/LP is a replacement pilot assembly that is used to regulate the ignition of gas burners in commercial cooking systems. It provides a better ignition source, as it provides a steady flame that can be used to ignite the main burner to support both natural gas and liquid propane gas. It is designed with a 1/4" and 3/4" orifice options to fit the needs of particular appliances.
