The Dean 8100617 Pilot Generator PG9 is used specifically with Robertshaw valves in fryers. It works by producing between 650-750 millivolts of power, with a 31-inch coaxial lead. The PG9 is designed to work with Frymaster and Garland pre-February 1993 fryers and some models with Honeywell pilot burners. The material is robust and has efficient thermopile threads that proper ignition to fryer systems hence, safety. This product is perfect for retrofit applications or for improving the fryer systems in food service establishments as it is easy to install and more dependable.
