The Cleveland 03524 Convection Steamer Relay DPDT 120V 50/60Hz is an essential part of the controls that are installed to provide proper and accurate operation of the convection steamer. This double-pole, double-throw relay operates on control of electrical current and in turn enables steaming and control systems on the steamer to operate in a manner that is comfortable and safe.
