Designed for use with Dean, Pitco, Keating and Prince Castle fryers the motor covers the following model: MF-90, MF-90A, SF50. Its powerful 1/3 HP motor guarantees effective oil filtration and prolongs the oil’s life cycle to decrease maintenance expenses. The M0053 motor is easy to install, and it comes with a pump compatibility for easy integration to the system. better for busy establishments, it increases productivity and assists in preserving the quality of the food served.

Step1: Turn off the fryer and disconnect the power.

Step4: Position new filter motor and align mounts.

Step5: Reconnect wiring and close cover.

Step6: Restore power and test filtration system.
