Description

The APW 2T-69106 Limiting Thermostat 345°F is a safety control system that is installed in commercial cooking and holding equipment and measures the internal temperature to aid in preventing overheating. It is applied in professional kitchens, buffet lines, and in catering places where better thermal conditions are required throughout the operation. The thermostat is connected to the appliance control system, which uses other components as it monitors when the temperatures are above its set point and triggers remedial measures to be used to avoid damage or hazardous situations.
