Description

The American Range A99740 Thermostat Bulb Clamp with 2 Tabs is a fastening part of commercial cooking equipment. It fits the thermostat sensing bulb. These bulbs are close to the heat source or where the appliance is to be mounted so that it detects the correct temperature when it is in operation. The clamp is used to ensure that the temperature readings are correct by avoiding the movement or misalignment of the sensing element. In the control system of the appliance it cooperates with the thermostat to control the amount of heat and adjust the burner or element output, which facilitates the stable operation of the appliance and correct cooking outcomes.
