Description

The Alto-Shaam CC34488 Manual Thermostat Assembly With Digital Control is a temperature sensor and controller that regulates and measures the amount of heat in a cooking or holding system. This assembly works by sensing the temperature and sending signals to the digital control module that in turn adjusts the heat source when necessary to stabilize the set point. It is applied in commercial kitchen equipment whereby internal temperatures must be monitored and adjusted electronically in operation.
