The Star Mfg 2R-2100087 Thermostat Dial is a 2-1/4 inch diameter control that is used to show and set operating settings over a 10 -0 scale. It is mounted on compatible appliances where manual control is needed with accuracy and users can choose and monitor the output levels in normal operation. The dial is normally used on commercial equipment and is directly connected to the internal control mechanism to interpret user input into the correct system adjustment.
